| These classic men's black plastic vintage eyeglasses are in excellent condition and ready for prescription lenses or sunglasses. The frame is marked ''54 - 24 V-584'' and the arms read ''6 Victory U.S.A.''. The plastic has a nice sheen with no cracks, crazing or discoloration and the rivets shine bright.  |

What a great frame from Victory, likely made in the middle 1960s. It's one of the largest vintage frames I've found before glasses got super-big in the 1970s. I was amazed to find a 54-24 frame from this period. Besides the size, the spring hinges are what jump out as very cool, not to mention the thick temples and rims, the hinge details, the dot rivets and the condition, too. The hinges function properly, the screws are tested and working well, everything is very clean and smooth. Really nice frames, ready to go!

Temples are measured their full length, hinge to tip, as though they were straightened out. Why? Because they're adjustable, so measurements to the bend will vary based on maker and adjustment. Lens and bridge measurements are from lens edge to lens edge. Hinge to hinge is measured from screw to screw. These frames were worn, so I see a little rubbing on the temples where they touched when the frames are folded closed, but besides that very small detail, these are close to brand new condition. Really nice frames. I'm thorough about condition so there are no surprises and these glasses are in excellent condition. They'll make great everyday glasses or some very cool sunglasses.
